The Ellume COVID-19 Home Test can now be used by travelers to meet the COVID-19 testing requirements to enter the United States.
Home antigen test results are accepted by the CDC from travellers who are returning to the United States. Only tests that have received an Emergency Use Authorization such as the Ellume COVID-19 Home Test can be used for this purpose. You must take your test under video observation with ID verification and receive a validated result. AZOVA will provide you with these services.

The Ellume COVID-19 Home Test is authorized for domestic travel within the USA. Check with your travel provider and destination in case of any further testing or documentation requirements as these may be subject to change.
We know things don’t always go to plan when traveling, so please test early.
The Ellume Test is one of the most accurate rapid antigen tests available, but as with all rapid antigen tests, using the Ellume COVID-19 Home Test comes with a very small risk of receiving a false positive result (a positive result when you are actually negative).
While this is highly unlikely, it is important you have time to get a confirmatory test before your flight if it does happen.
Bring a backup test
We recommend you bring a second test as backup. This ensures you have no problems if something unexpected happens (e.g. your test gets damaged or your flight is delayed). In the worst case you come home with a spare test that you can use on your next trip or when your child gets a sniffle.
